A normal or a sworn translation?
A sworn translation is that carried out by a sworn translator, named so in
accordance with the regulations of the country, and which is covered by the stamp,
signature and oath of the translator in order to guarantee its official status.
A sworn translation is not always necessary. It is often required when a document
must be presented in front of an official institution. For example, it is usually the
case with Chamber of Commerce certificates, birth certificates, marriage
certificates, sentences, etc.
